Terms & Conditions

• Our fitter will need to fix to brick or plastered wall or any other permanent structure.
• You have selected your Car Charging Point and you understand that it must be located within your designated off-street parking area.
• The charge point should be no more than 10 meters from your consumer unit. If a longer distance   is needed, there’s an additional charge per meter. Additionally, the cable route cannot exceed 6 feet above ground; if a higher route is required, an extra charge will apply.
• We cannot run the cable under floorboards or through ducting/ceiling voids/wall voids, or if the floorboards have not been lifted. We can’t take responsibility for reinstating flooring or other building materials after the cable has been laid.
• You understand the cable will be surface mounted and clipped directly back to the surface and it   cannot form a potential trip   hazard.
• Your consumer unit must be protected by an RCD Type A and have a spare way for the charge point circuit. If it doesn't, don’t worry—   We can install a dedicated EV board at a cost of £150 this will be a bidirectional RCBO protected and Surge protected.
• If we are required to drill through walls, they are no thicker than 500mm.
